If the University of Pittsburgh Libraries don't own the books you need, you can simultaneously search several academic library catalogs in Pennsylvania through E-ZBorrow. You can then request many of the items found there directly from the owning libraries and these items will be sent here for you. Items borrowed from other libraries can be picked up and returned at any ULS Library. Items are generally delivered within 4-7 days. You will be notified via email when the book is available for pickup.
The E-ZBorrow system currently handles requests for books. If you need a photocopy of an article, please request it through the normal Requests From Other Libraries process.
E-ZBorrow E-Z Borrow stands for the Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc. The system provides access to the catalogs of more than 50 academic libraries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia.
